Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services issued the following announcement on Dec. 10
Chad Ellinger is DARS’ new General Services and Logistics Manager. Chad oversees all DARS’ leasing, fleet/logistics, WWRC student transportation and Central Office site services. Prior to DARS, Chad worked at JMU and VDOT in several roles in facilities/property management. Chad is an 8-year USMC veteran, serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom
