This forum introduces instructional best practices for teaching Human Factors & Safety Culture. The Forum reviews Safety Risk Management, Pilot Proficiency, and Aviation Technology in the context of 3 elements that are essential to safe operations. It then introduces the topic of Human Factors and describes why they are important considerations for Flight Instructors. Examples of robust safety culture ingredients are cited and the audience is asked to compare their safety cultures to the examples.
