Portsmouth Probation and Parole held it’s first Back to School Drive at Douglas Park Elementary. I cannot express enough how great it was to serve the community with these individuals. Officers passed out school supplies and interacted with the community while showing youth what they could inspire to be. India stepped in and made sure this young lady’s hair would be done before she started school next week. Thank you to all that participated or helped in any way it is appreciated.
