County Of Henrico issued the following announcement on Jan. 21
UPDATE: Recycling collection remains delayed in Henrico. Central Virginia Waste Management Authority crews will continue picking up Red Week bins through this Saturday, Jan. 22. The next Red Week collection will begin in two weeks on Monday, Feb. 7.
