The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Abigail Spanberger, Spanberger for Congress, refunded $1,750 to Al Kamen on July 20, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Spanberger for Congress has refunded $4,050 total since Feb. 1.
