Due to COVID 19 visitor restrictions, classes are being held virtually. Please register to receive a zoom link via email. This will allow you to attend class from the comfort and safety of your own home.
Strengthen and restore while creating community in this class geared toward people who have carried a baby and given birth. Gently reconnect with your breath, pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. We recommend that you begin this practice after consulting with your care provider regarding resumption of physical activity. While this class is not made to incorporate infants or toddlers, we do understand if they need to join occasionally!
Class is 60 minutes in length and is taught by a trained postpartum yoga instructor.

This class will be held virtually via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent via email prior to the start time of the class.
Refund policy: All registration cancellation requests must be made prior to the class start date to qualify for a refund.
