Department of Aviation issued the following announcement on Aug. 13
The Virginia Department of Aviation is updating its 2016 Virginia Air Transportation System Plan (VATSP) and has engaged the Mead & Hunt team to lead the effort that will help guide the development at Virginia airports over the next 20 years.
The current update to the Virginia Air Transportation System Plan is underway and will be featured at the Virginia Aviation Conference. Catch the VATSP study update to the Virginia Aviation Board on Thursday August 19th to hear the latest developments. Stop by the Mead & Hunt exhibitor booth anytime during the conference to chat with the project team about the study and for them to answer any questions you may have. Airport managers and sponsors are especially encouraged to talk with the consultant team.
The Virginia Aviation Conference will be held from August 17th to August 20th at The Hilton Norfolk The Main and is hosted by the Virginia Airport Operators Council.
