The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Abigail Spanberger, Spanberger for Congress, refunded $666 to David Frederick on October 8, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Spanberger for Congress refunded $55,902 total since May 1.
