The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Abigail Spanberger, Spanberger for Congress, refunded $2,800 to Wayne Rosing on June 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Spanberger for Congress refunded $80,050 total since January 1.
