Governor Glenn Youngkin has announced a new round of appointments to various state boards. The appointments span several areas including education, health, labor, and public safety.

The Virginia Asian Advisory Board is among the boards that will see new members. In the field of education, appointments have been made to the Virginia Commission for the Arts.

Health and human resources boards with new appointees include the Maternal Mortality Review Team, State Board of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, and Virginia Health Workforce Development Authority.

In labor, appointments have been made to both the Cemetery Board and the Virginia Board for Asbestos, Lead, and Home Inspectors.

Public safety and homeland security are also addressed with new members joining the Secure and Resilient Commonwealth Panel.
