I attended the Nepali Dashain Festival in Rockville, which celebrated Nepalese culture and tradition. The event brought together members of the community to honor heritage and foster unity. “It was a beautiful celebration of culture, community, and tradition. Events like this foster unity, strengthen our ties, and share the richness of Nepalese heritage. Grateful to be part of it!” said Virginia State Rep. David Owen (R-Henrico).
