Traffic Alert: River Road between Gaskins and Blair roads will be closed to through traffic beginning at 8 a.m. Thursday, April 28 for utility work.
Henrico County – Department of Public Utilities expects the closure to remain in effect through 5 p.m. Friday, April 29, weather permitting. A detour will direct traffic around the work zone via Gaskins, Patterson Avenue and Blair. No disruption of water or sewer service is expected.
