Sunset Yoga at Innsbrook

Join us for Sunset Yoga at Innsbrook every Thursday starting March 31st, at 6:30 pm. You must RSVP to attend.

Take in the beautiful view of Lake Rooty, and relax your mind and body as you enter into the end of the workweek.

We’ve teamed up with yoga instructor, Brande Carr-Rakes who is the owner of Shyne Yoga, to bring you a weekly, free outdoor yoga session.

Sunset Yoga at Innsbrook is open to the public, all are welcome.

Admission is free.

Sunset Yoga at Innsbrook is for everyone of all skill levels. You do not need to be an expert, and each move will be tailored with options from beginner to expert. There is something for everyone!

A yoga mat is NOT required if you don’t already have one. Feel free to bring a towel or something similar.

This is NOT a rain or shine event. If the weather is not favorable, the class will be cancelled.
