Calling all high school or college students with a knack for reaching their peers! There is still time to submit a video or radio PSA about the dangers of distracted driving for a chance to win a scholarship. Check out @projyellowlight, scholarship competition designed to bring about change by having teens encourage their peers to embrace safe driving habits. The deadline for entries is April 1!
