The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Abigail Spanberger, Spanberger for Congress, refunded $2,500 to Judy Fishman on Aug. 16, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Spanberger for Congress has refunded $4,700 total since March 1.
