The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Andrew Ferrieres Knaggs, Knaggs for Congress, refunded $2,800 to Ponder Harrison on September 22, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Knaggs for Congress refunded $29,950 total since April 1.
