Wittman’s posts come as part of his ongoing work as a representative from Virginia’s 1st District—a position he has held since succeeding Jo Ann Davis in 2007 after serving in local government roles including Westmoreland County Board of Supervisors and Virginia House of Delegates. Born in Washington D.C. in 1959 and currently residing in Montross at age 64, Wittman graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1981.
