Wittman has represented Virginia’s 1st District in Congress since replacing Jo Ann Davis in 2007 and previously served in both the Virginia House of Delegates and the Westmoreland County Board of Supervisors from 2006 to 2007. Born in Washington, D.C., in 1959, he is currently 64 years old and resides in Montross. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech in 1981.
