Wittman has represented Virginia’s 1st District in Congress since replacing Jo Ann Davis in 2007. Before his tenure in Congress, he served in the Virginia House of Delegates and on the Westmoreland County Board of Supervisors from 2006 to 2007. Born in Washington, D.C., in 1959, Wittman currently resides in Montross at age 64. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1981.
