In July, the Henrico County Division of Fire started daily service for its three basic life support unit

In July, the Henrico County Division of Fire started daily service for its three basic life support units. These units focus on low acuity, or less severe, medical emergencies, which allows the advanced life support units to address more serious and life-threatening emergencies. It’s part of Fire’s effort to provide an efficient response that matches the community’s need.

Details and other highlights of the past year are in the Henrico County Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2021-22. The Annual Report is available at henrico.us/assets/AnnualReport2022_web.pdf.
