County Of Henrico issued the following announcement on Jan. 29

Henrico’s Real Estate Advantage Program (REAP) provides tax relief to residents who are at least 65 years old or are permanently and totally disabled. For those who qualify, REAP exempts up to $3,000 in real estate taxes per year. The deadline to apply is Friday, April 1. Residents must meet certain requirements for income and net worth.
