The Henrico County School Board has announced its upcoming meetings scheduled for Thursday, December 18, 2025. The events will take place at the New Bridge Learning Center auditorium located at 5915 Nine Mile Road in Henrico, Virginia.
The schedule includes a work session beginning at 4:00 p.m., followed by a public input session on the budget at 6:15 p.m., and the monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. Closed sessions may be held during the work session as needed.
All School Board meetings are open to the public, and citizens are encouraged to attend. A public forum will be held during the monthly meeting, allowing interested individuals to address the Board on any matters concerning the school division. To participate in person, citizens must sign up in advance using an online form or by calling the Clerk at (804) 652-3837 by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17. Each speaker is limited to three minutes and only one member per household may reserve a speaking spot. Individuals representing groups may speak and submit written comments from group members.
For those unable to attend or speak in person, written comments can be submitted electronically by noon on Wednesday, December 17 via the School Board webpage at https://henricoschools.us/school-board/ by clicking “Connecting with the Board.” Written comments must include the stakeholder’s name and HCPS school affiliation if applicable, follow rules of courtesy and decorum, and avoid obscenity or defamation. All written comments that meet these requirements will become part of the official meeting record and will be published publicly in BoardDocs. These comments are also subject to FOIA regulations.
