Henrico County Public Schools has issued reminders for students and families regarding key behavior expectations and student requirements for the upcoming school year. The announcement was shared on Facebook.

The school district emphasized rules and practices designed to promote safety, minimize distractions, and support smooth daily operations for the 2025–26 academic year. According to the policy, students are prohibited from using their cell phones during the school day. Middle and high school students must store phones in classroom storage devices, while all students are required to keep them out of sight in bags during transitions and lunch periods. Additionally, all students must wear their school-issued Student Smart ID Cards daily as they are essential for bus boarding, attendance tracking, cafeteria purchases, and library checkouts. Bus schedules can be accessed via PowerSchool, with real-time updates available through the Edulog Bus App.

According to the Henrico County Public Schools website, the district encourages everyone to visit its 2025-26 calendar page to preview important dates and download a printable calendar.

The updated Code of Student Conduct outlines clear consequences for violations, ranging from warnings to loss of device privileges. This document is available online in both English and Spanish.
