Henrico County Public Schools (HCPS) will hold its monthly job fair on Wednesday, January 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Parham Road offices in Marwaha Business Park, located at 1910 E. Parham Road, Henrico, VA 23228. School division representatives will be available to discuss open positions with job seekers.

The school division is looking for candidates for roles including custodial and maintenance staff, substitute bus drivers, school nutrition staff, instructional assistants, substitute teachers, and classroom teachers.

Henrico County Public Schools operates as a public school division in Henrico County, Virginia, providing educational services and supportive learning environments for students across the county. The division employs dedicated staff in classrooms and support roles to foster student success and has received recognition for instructional quality and teaching excellence. More information about the district can be found on its official website.

In August, Forbes named HCPS one of Virginia’s top employers for the third consecutive year. The division noted that “a career with HCPS is a rewarding way to make a difference in your community.” Other reasons cited for joining include a recent 6% raise for all employees—the largest across-the-board raise among regional school employees—which has led to teacher salaries increasing by 54% over the past decade through step increases and wage adjustments.

HCPS also offers a Career Ladder program designed to help employees develop professionally, earn credentials, and increase their pay without leaving their current roles.

Job seekers interested in learning more about open positions and benefits can visit the division’s Careers page at www.henricoschools.us/careers or call the Human Resources Department at 804-652-3664. Questions about the job fair can be directed to djvanrossum@henrico.k12.va.us.
