On September 8, 2025, Henrico County Government stated, “@RoscoeCooperIII The AHTF was established with a $60 million investment from taxes paid by data centers in Henrico. The following day, Henrico County Government provided details for residents interested in viewing government proceedings online. Henrico County is served by a single public school district which enrolled over 50,000 students during the 2023-24 academic year according to Virginia Department of Education data (source). Deep Run High School reported the highest enrollment among county schools that year (source). Black students made up the largest ethnic group within county schools during this period (source). Total student enrollment slightly increased compared to previous years (source), and Holladay Elementary School had notable pre-kindergarten enrollment figures (source).
