County Of Henrico issued the following announcement on Feb. 3

Help bring Valentine’s Day cheer to Henrico residents in long-term care facilities. The county is collecting homemade Valentine’s Day cards for the Spread the Love initiative sponsored by Henrico County, VA – Aging Services, which serves older county residents, their families and caregivers.

To participate, dig into your craft supplies and get creative. Cards should have a general message and not be intended for a specific person or gender.   

Completed cards can be mailed to Henrico EngAGE; Attn: Emily Atkinson; P.O. Box 90775; Henrico, VA 23273-0775. Cards can also be dropped off in the lobbies of the Henrico County Government Center, Public Safety Building and Emergency Management and Workplace Safety Building
