Governor Glenn Youngkin has announced a new round of appointments to various boards across Virginia. The appointments span several sectors, including agriculture, finance, health and human resources, transportation, and veterans affairs.

The boards receiving new appointees include the Small Grains Board and the Virginia Agricultural Council under the agriculture and forestry sector. In finance, appointments were made to the Board of the Virginia Public Building Authority.

For health and human resources, new members were named to the Statewide Independent Living Council. Additional independent boards seeing appointments are the Board of Directors of the Virginia Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Program and the Task Force for the Identification of the History of Formerly Enslaved African Americans in Virginia.

In transportation, appointments were made to the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board. For veterans and defense affairs, new members joined the Joint Leadership Council of Veterans Service Organizations.
