The City of Richmond opens two temporary shelters (one for women and one for men) this week. Shelters will be open Wednesday & Thursday from 5 PM to 7 AM. Temporary shelter locations open when temperatures fall below 40 degrees Fahrenheit and/or when there is an inclement weather event.
