The Refresher will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (registration at 7:30 a.m.) in the Virginia Department of Aviation hangar.Speakers include: Tim Owen, Continental Aerospace; Alan Jesmer, Precision Airmotive; Randy Hendrick, Michelin Tires; Rich Rozanski, FAA Regulations; David Taylor, SMR Technologies; and Michael Thomson, L3 Harris.
